Read this before anything else
This website is a classroom exercise, not advice. It ranks companies only on the quality of their disclosed numbers under a fixed rule set, so that readers can learn how an analyst reads a Screener.in export.
- Not advice, not a tip. Nothing here recommends, suggests or endorses the purchase, sale or holding of any security. There is no price view, no target and no expected return anywhere on this site.
- Not SEBI-registered. Nobody involved is a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. This is not research under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 or the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
- Automated and possibly wrong. The rankings are produced by code (and, where noted, an AI model) from Screener.in exports and public pages. Figures can be stale, incomplete or wrong, and the ratios are Screener's own definitions.
- Only part of the method is automatic. Stage 1 (number gates) and the score run on the data file. Stage 2 (exchange filings, auditor's reports, SEBI orders, rating rationales, news) is applied only where a decision is recorded on the page.
- A good score is not a good investment. A company that scores well can still lose money for its shareholders; one that was rejected can still do well. Valuation is recorded, not judged.
- IPO grey-market premiums are unofficial, unregulated figures copied from third-party websites. They are not a forecast of the listing price.
- You are responsible. Verify every figure against the primary filing before relying on it. If you act on anything here, the responsibility and the consequences are entirely yours. TJ Prime and the authors accept no liability for any loss.
- Conflicts. Companies held by the publisher are excluded from the rankings and marked as such.
